Crow is one of those intimidating yoga poses that somehow all of your friends on Instagram can do on the beach. Well, for all the times you’ve tried and landed on you head, here’s a 20-day guaranteed method for find your nirvana in the crow pose.

The first five days just start in a squat, spread your legs just past the sides of your mat putting your elbows on the insides of your legs strengthening the lower half of your body for 5-8 breaths. For the next five days have your hands on the matt and get comfortable lifting your hips high enough to fit your knees under your arms.

After that you’ll start placing some weight on your arms and practicing lifting up on your toes for five days and then lift off!
