Pineapple Water Detox Drink

This tasty pineapple detox drink improves thyroid gland functions, improves digestion, fights inflammation, balances electrolyte levels, and promotes weight loss.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pineapple (medium-sized)
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 Lime (optional, cut into lime wheel)

Equipment

  • Mason Jar and Lid

Method
 

  1. Peel pineapple then chop into small pieces.
  2. Pour water into the mason jar, then add pineapple chunks and mint leaves (lime wheels optional).
  3. Seal the jar with a lid and leave in the fridge for 8-10 hours.
  4. Drink a glass of pineapple water as soon as you wake up on an empty stomach.
