6 Ingredient Watercress Salad Recipe

Try this super quick 6 ingredient salad.



1/4 tsp orange zest
2 tsp orange juice
1 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp ground cumin
1/8 tsp kosher salt
1/2 avocado, thinly sliced
2 cups watercress, trimmed
Red onion, very thinly sliced
Navel orange, peel and pith removed
1 tbsp roasted almonds, coarsely chopped


In a bowl, combine lemon juice, orange zest, and olive oil and whisk well.

Coat slices of avocado in the mixture and add the watercress and some sliced red onion to the mixture.

Put the watercress and avocado onto a plate and top with sliced oranges and chopped nuts.
