Bite-Size Baked Ham And Egg Cups

These ham and egg cups are not your basic breakfast.


Here’s What You Need

black forest ham
8 eggs
2 Tbs. crème fraiche
¼ cup grated Havarti
¼ cup minced green onions
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper

Here’s What You Do

Grease a muffin tin, then line with black forest ham.

In a bowl, whisk 8 eggs. Add 2 Tbs. crème fraiche, ¼ cup grated Havarti, ¼ cup minced green onions, ¼ tsp. salt, and ¼ tsp. pepper.

Mix and pour into the muffin tins.

Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
