The Most Expensive Mansion Ever Auctioned

Bella Breakdown

Do you have your $159 million ready to buy the most expensive house ever auctioned? That’s right, last week the most expensive Mansion to ever be auctioned was up for grabs, and sold for an undisclosed amount. Seriously? They can’t provide us with this info?? First and foremost, I want to know if it went over or under the selling point, and I want to know who bought this house and are they single!?

This mansion was actually the most expensive real estate listing in the United States. The estate is known as “Playa Vista Isle”, and is located beach front in Hillsboro Beach, Florida. The abode is over 58,000 square feet, and was modeled after the Palace of Versailles in France. It holds the world’s first, in-home 3-D IMAX theater, it has 11 bedrooms, 22 bathrooms.

It holds an infinity pool that is over 4500 square feet. That space is larger than most homes in residential areas, if you want to go ahead and wrap your brain around that. The pool has 6 waterfalls, and if you still feel like you need more water, the house is on over 500 feet of private beach, with two docks that can house two yachts… each.

We don’t know who is now in possession of the home, but you can guarantee they’re loving it.
