Filming for season three is scheduled to commence in Thailand in February, maintaining the series’ tradition of capturing the essence of its tropical settings. The importance of filming on location was highlighted by Jennifer Coolidge, a veteran of The White Lotus, who emphasized the vulnerability felt when on a boat with unsupportive companions.
Mike White, the show’s creator, shared insights into the upcoming season, promising a fresh mystery while maintaining threads connecting it to previous installments. Addressing the possibility of an all-star season in the future, White stated, “If the show goes on for a couple of seasons, it would be fun to have an all-star season.”
While details about Natasha Rothwell’s return as spa manager Belinda from season one remain under wraps, Jennifer Coolidge teased that Mike White must have some exciting plans for the character.
The third season promises to deliver the same gripping storytelling and unexpected twists that have become synonymous with The White Lotus. The addition of seasoned performers like Carrie Coon, Leslie Bibb, and Jason Isaacs only heightens anticipation for another compelling chapter in the acclaimed HBO series.
