3-Ingredient White Chocolate Raspberry Clusters

Skip a trip to the candy store and make these gorgeous, easy white chocolate and raspberry clusters! They’re so simple and turn out a gorgeous light pink. Perfect let your best friend or that special someone know that you care about them on that day of love right around the corner.
- 10 oz. white chocolate
- 3/4 c. crisped rice cereal
- 1/2 c. freeze dried raspberries
Start by melting your white chocolate, you can use a double boiler or pop it in the microwave for a minute or two, then stir to make sure that all the piece are evenly melted. Next, add in three quarters of a cup of puffed rice cereal and mix thoroughly.
Now for that great pink color, add in half a cup of finely chopped freeze dried raspberries. These are just raspberries that have been dried and lend a fabulous tang to balance the oh-so sweet white chocolate flavor.
Once that’s been completely combined, allow the mixture to set and thicken just a little bit then scoop out even amounts onto a lined baking sheets and refrigerate until solid. They fit perfectly into mini-cupcake liners and make for a thoughtful sweet treat fit for any occasion.
