Adele Reveals What Helped Through Her Weight Loss Wellness Journey
British songbird, Adele, has worked the last couple of months on developing a new wellness routine that helped her lose weight thanks to her favorite self-help book. Adele has been laying low over the last couple of months during her wellness transformation and she is celebrating her weight loss journey with her fans.
Adele’s secret to her wellness journey started with living by the SIRT diet, workouts by Joe Wicks, and the self-help book by Glennon Doyle “Untamed, Stop pleasing, Start Living.” Adele revealed that she turned her life around after ready Doyle’s self-help book and is no longer “stressed and disheveled.”
On Adele’s Instagram, she posted, “Anyone who has any kind of capacity to truly let go and give into yourself with any kind of desire to hold on for dear life – Do it. Read it. Live it. Practice it. We are a lot! But we are meant to be a lot!”

Adele goes onto explain that she learned she is solely responsible for her own freedom, joy, and happiness. Along with this super helpful self-help book, Adele is following the SIRT diet created by Glen Matten and Aiden Goggins.
The SIRT diet focuses on eating foods that are rich in types of proteins with sirtuin activators that harness the body’s fat-burning powers. The SIRT diet also relied on calorie control with 1,000 calories for the first 3 days and increasing to 1,500 calories.
The SIRT diet also consists of consuming a set number of Sirtfood-rich meals and green juices with the long-term goal of eating as many Sirtfood items as possible. Two foods rich in sirtuin activators include red wine and dark chocolate. Other foods rich in sirtuin activators include kale, green tea, turmeric, capers, parsley, citrus fruits, blueberries, and apples.
Along with following the SIRT diet, Adele does home workouts by the trainer, Joe Wicks, that shares some of his workout secrets on social media known as The Body Coach. Wicks’ wellness plan in based around high-intensity workouts that are no longer than 35 minutes along with healthy food plans that are easy to follow.
Wicks created a workout program that can work around people’s schedules with 35-minute high-intensity workouts and a 15-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session. Wicks’ designed the 15-minute HIIT workout that provides 30-second intervals of rest and recommends following the workout with a healthy meal for maximum results.
