•Power Drill
•1” Flat Boring Bit
•Pliers
•C Clamp
•Scrap Wood
•Brass Candle Insert
•Furniture Feet
•Craft Paint
•Ruler

Start by securing your scrap piece of wood to your work surface and drill a small hole in it big enough to fit the threaded end coming out of your furniture feet. Screw the bun foot into the hole, then use a ruler to find the center and mark with your pencil.

Then use a 1” boring bit, more commonly known as a paddle bit, to drill a shallow hole deep enough for your bass candle insert.

Now you can use your pliers to remove the screw and paint your bun foot. If to be able to see the wood grain through the paint, just make a wash by mixing your paint with water to the desired thickness. Once your wash has dried, insert your brass candle insert and enjoy your new beautiful and modern candle holder.
