Drink of the Day: Bee’s Knees

What could be more perfect for a Spring picnic or Summer barbeque than a refreshing gin cocktail filled with everything we love about bees – sweet golden honey and a sting at the end!?

2 oz Gin
¾ oz Honey Syrup
¾ oz Lemon Juice
Grapefruit Bitters

Start by pouring your lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker. The, add your gin, some ice and give it a good shake. Pour into a frosty glass and top with a few drops of grapefruit bitters and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
