Jamie Foxx And Katie Holmes Split After 6-Year Relationship

One of Hollywood’s most private couples has officially called it quits. After six years of allegedly dating, Jamie Foxx and Katie Holmes have parted ways and have even been separated since May.

“It ran its course. This industry is very tough on relationships,” a source told PEOPLE. “Jamie thinks Katie is an incredible human being. They had a very, very deep connection. They brought each other a lot of joy and laughter.”

Foxx, 51, and Holmes, 40, were first rumored to be dating back in 2013. Since then they have been seen on outings together and 2019 Met Gala. Which is sadly the last time the former couple was last seen together.

News of the couple’s split comes three days after Foxx was spotted holding hands with singer Sela Vave on Friday night as the two left Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Los Angeles. Vave, a singer and model, is reportedly Foxx’s newest artist and their relationship is simply business.

“She’s just a girl he’s helping out, a young singer,” a source told PEOPLE at the time. According to an eyewitness, who was at La Esquina restaurant on Friday night, told PageSix that they had overheard Holmes telling a friend that she and Foxx “haven’t been together for months.”
