So when Khloe Kardashian and True Thompson are both involved in a beauty ritual, we all want to know it. However, social media is definitely a big home to ridiculous comments and trolls and even Khloe Kardashian is not immune to this. “No matter the criticism I’ve received in my life, I’ve never believed any of it because my family made me feel otherwise,” Khloe says.

“I do affirmations with True every single day, she’s only a few months old, but we stand in the mirror, and I say something to her reflection, and I pretend she’s saying it back to herself,” she says. She says that the purpose of affirmations is to empower her daughter and help her feel confident.

This is very true because true and lasting beauty comes from the inside. If you can’t convince the inside that you are confident then the outside would just be a reflection of what you think and not what you want.
