While aphrodisiacs like chocolate and strawberries are already common foods when one is trying to get in the mood. However, there are some foods that you have passed in the grocery store that will definitely boost your libido.

Surprisingly, walnuts can be used for more than just your bakery needs. The walnut contains B vitamins that are responsible for your overall energy and the sexual health of men that should please their partners. The nut also contains zinc, which if you don’t know is responsible for the normal activity of prostate and sexual activity.
