Hollywood is known for their messy, dramatic, and usually very VERY short marriages that lead to a very messy divorce. That being said, some star couples are the exception with marriages lasting well over 20 years. Here are some of the ones that somehow found long lasting love.
Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick have been married since 1988 and are still married to this day. The two met on the set of a PBS drama in the 80’s.
Denzel Washington and Pauletta Pearson met in 1977 and got married 11 years later. Needless to say, the two are still together.
Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson also got married in 1988 and met on the set of “Bosom Buddies.”
The infamous Samuel L. Jackson married actress and producer Latayna Richardson in 1980.
Johnny Cash and June Carter were married in 1968. Once they were married, they were inseparable. They were married until June died in 2003, three months before Cash died.
Colin Firth and Livia Giuggoli met in the 90’s. Firth said it was love at first site.
