Since giving birth to her first child, Meghan Markle has started her own fashion trend that is slowly starting to catch on. The Duchess recently made a rare appearance since giving birth when she attended the Boston Red Sox and New York Yankees game wearing turquoise earring. A color that she has been sporting since giving birth.

It is the same jewel color the former actress wore during her post-birth photos back in June. According to crystal company Energy Muse, turquoise is associated with protecting the wearer from harm. Which is understandable given the recent reports of Markle’s husband Harry and his brother Prince William not getting along.
