Blue Mule Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Lime Slice
  • 2 oz. Vodka
  • 8 Blueberries (dusted with sugar)
  • 1 oz. Blue Curaçao
  • Crushed Ice
  • 2 oz. Ginger Beer

Equipment

  • Copper Mug

Method
 

  1. Prep the sugar-dusted blueberries by placing blueberries evenly on a plate and using a sifter to dust blueberries with sugar. Place aside for garnish.
  2. Pour the fresh lime juice into a copper mug (glass may serve as substitute).
  3. Pour in Ginger Beer.
  4. Add crushed ice.
  5. Garnish with sugar-dusted blueberries, sprigs of rosemary, and slice of lime.
  6. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

This recipe is for one drink but can be multiplied for multiple servings that can be prepped in a shaker and add ginger beer to finish.
