The Disney streaming platform, Disney+, confirmed the sequel for “Hocus Pocus” earlier this year with director Adam Shankman with hopes of reuniting the original leading cast. One of the leading ladies, Bette Midler, confirms that the three original Sanderson sisters will be returning for the sequel.

In a recent interview for “Good Day New York,” Midler announced that Disney reached out to all the original Sanderson sisters including Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy to confirm the original leading cast for the sequel. Though it will be a while until the sequel releases but the Sanderson sisters will be returning for a live, one-night-only virtual event on Halloween.
