‘Saved By The Bell’ Reboot Coming This Fall

The NBC streaming app Peacock just announced the upcoming reboot of the classic high school TV show “Saved by the Bell” including the return of some original cast members. The reboot will feature the next generation of Bayside students including the children of the original cast members that will follow the storyline of the students and adults of Bayside.

The original cast will reprise their original Bayside characters including Zack Morris (played by Mark-Paul Gosselaar), Kelly Kapowski-Morris (played by Tiffani Thiessen), A.C. Slater (played by Mario Lopez), and Jessie Spano (played by Elizabeth Berkley Lauren). Zack Morris is the Governor of California with his high school sweetheart Kelly Kapowski-Morris as his First Lady along with their son Mac (played by Mitchell Hoog) attending Bayside.

A.C. Slater is the gym teacher at Bayside and Jessie’s son Jamie (played by Belmont Cameli) is attending Bayside High. The reboot will also feature the classic high school hangout diner, The Max, along with the original diner owner Max (played by Ed Alonzo).


The reboot “Saved by the Bell” will also follow the story of students in relation to different classes and cultures that seek guidance from the original cast members as their adult mentors. The new reboot of “Saved by the Bell” will be available on the Peacock streaming platform starting November 25.
