Starbucks is collaborating with Impossible Foods to create a plant-based sandwich including more items for the revamped food menu. This partnership is one of the many efforts Starbucks is taking to become a more sustainable company.

Starbucks added the new Impossible Breakfast Sandwich on June 23 on the new Starbucks plant-based menu including certified vegan bagels, oatmeal, and non-dairy drinks. The new Impossible Breakfast Sandwich is served on ciabatta bread with cheddar cheese and a cage-free fried egg.
Back in January, Starbucks pledged to change business practices with a multi-decade goal of becoming a “resource positive” company that focuses on sustainability. Next time you stop by Starbucks you might want to try the new plant-based menu items.
