  • Pink Shrimp
  • Lime
  • Serrano Pepper
  • Red Onion
  • Ripe Tomatoes
  • Bell Peppers
  • Pineapple

Start by squeezing lime juice onto your de-shelled shrimp and chill for 10 minutes while the citrus acids ‘cook’ the shrimp. Meanwhile, finely dice your Serrano pepper, red onion, vine ripe tomatoes, bell peppers and pineapple.

Chop your cilantro and get ready to assemble.

When your shrimp turn pink and white instead of translucent you’ll know they’re ready.

Strain the excess lime juice from the shrimp and add to that colorful chopped mixture then add some lemon infused olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

Chill completely before serving and enjoy!
