Now that summer is arriving in full force, you’ve got to keep raccoon eyes at bay with some tricks for smudge proof eyeliner. Start by priming your lower lash line with eye shadow primer to create the perfect base for your foundation to cling to that doesn’t melt.

Next line the inner rim of your eye with a waterliner resting your hand on your cheekbone and gently tugging down with your pinky finger. Now that the waterline is on even it out by again using your pinky to make your eyelid taut and tight lining along your upper lashes.

Finally, add some waterproof mascara along your lower lashes. This is a seriously bulletproof waterliner look you’ll be coming back to again and again as the sunny days roll in.
