Chrissy Tiegen Was Denied Entrance To John Legend’s ‘Game of Thrones’ Party

Being an A-list celebrity, Chrissy Tiegen has gained access to some of Hollywood’s biggest events. That all changed on Sunday night when the former model was denied entry to her husband John Legend’s “Game of Thrones” watch party.

‘The Voice’ coach is a huge fan of the history-making series and he made sure nothing or no one interrupted his or friend Mike Rosenthal’s viewing pleasure. “I’ve been looking forward to this for two years. Don’t take this from me,” Rosenthal said to both his wife, Jen Atkins, and Tiegen. He then added, “you’re gonna ruin it.” Not one to be deterred, the Twitter celeb went as far as breaking into the couple’s theater room, which she happily posted to her social media accounts.

“The boys locked us out. They won’t let us watch #GoT because we talk too much,” Tiegen wrote on Twitter. John may have been right to lock the wives out because in one of the videos Tiegen was seen asking a series of questions that would make any ‘GoT’ fan frustrated. “I ask too many questions in much simpler shows so John suggests I avoid GoT. For his sake.”

Leaving the boys to their own devices, Tiegen continued to express her feelings on the show despite the fact she doesn’t even watch. “It is great to love things. I honestly thought it was the last episode ever or something, I’ve never seen humans so collectively excited,” she wrote. Even though she doesn’t watch this particular show, the “Lip Sync Battle” co-host does have her own shows that she holds in high regards.

“‘Homeland’ and ‘The Handmaids Tale’ are the closest I’ve gotten to my personal “Game of Thrones.” I get excited to watch those (aside from anything Bravo, of course).”
