To create this killer cat eye:

Pop any highlighter color in the inner-corner of the eye. Next use an angled eyeliner brush – perfect for creating graphic shapes – and sketch out the look. Start from the inner corner and follow the natural curve of the eye then create a straight line towards the temples.

Use a flat brush to create a line that connects the shape to the bottom lash line. Fill in with color and clean up your outline with a pointed Q-tip dipped in eye-makeup remover.
