All you need are:

⢠Liquid Liner (Color #1)
⢠Liquid Liner (Color #2)
⢠Black Mascara
Start by apply a coat of eye shadow primer to both eyelids, this ensures that your look will stay put all day and all nightlong. Take the first eyeliner color and apply to the upper lid from the inner corner of the eye out, finishing with a subtle cat-eye fling. Repeat on both sides.
