Just one week after denying that Kelly Clarkson was pregnant during an appearance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the country singer tweeted that she’s expecting her first child with new husband Brandon Blackstock.

The newlywed American Idol alum called has new pregnancy “the best Christmas present ever” and we couldn’t agree with her more! Congrats Kelly.
