For the perfect bold lip with that killer shape that stays all day you’ll need a lip conditioner, lip liner, you’re favorite color lipstick and a touch of gloss for pop.

Here’s What You Do
Start with your lip conditioner, letting it soak in for a few minutes to help that lip pencil go on nice and smooth, line your lips in four easy steps, then apply your lipstick straight from the tube for maximum impact.

You can use a brush to get into the corners of the mouth if you need, then take it over the top with some lip-gloss and you are set to sound off!
