To make:

Combine cream cheese and sugar in a bowl with a hand mixer. Add the heavy cream and vanilla and mix some more.

Divide the mixture into five bowls and add five different colors of food coloring – one in each bowl.

Add dollops of each color around the edges of a graham cracker crust. Swirl with a knife, then add different kinds of sprinkles.

Refrigerate for six hours, then slice to serve.

Add whipped cream and more sprinkles to make it simply magical!
