What’s Really Going On With Pete Davidson?

Following some concerning Instagram posts Saturday evening, fans are beginning to wonder what’s going with the SNL star. He has reportedly been cut from all Live SNL sketches, after failing to show up to rehearsal and exhibiting unreliable behavior.
It all started during a Twitter feud in which Davidson engaged in an ongoing debate between Kanye West and Drake. Then it all got a little messier when ex, Ariana Grande, weighed in, making fun of the online feud. Well. Davidson fired back in an unexpected way that quickly turned dark.
“Bravo Kanye West for standing up for yourself and speaking out against mental health. I can’t explain to you enough how difficult and scary it is to be honest about stuff like this,” he wrote.
But then he released an Instagram post that suggested he may be thinking of suicide, and friends and family quickly intervened. The cops were called and Grande and another friend who was on his way to New York offered their support. He was later confirmed to be okay and accounted for, though friends, family and co-workers are clearly still concerned.
Members of Saturday Night Live are offering to help Davidson seek treatment, which he allegedly plans to do. “Lorne has pledged to help all he can, including sending Pete to get help. Everyone on the cast is hugely protective of him and were obviously upset – particularly Colin Jost and Michael Che on Weekend Update,” said a course close to SNL staff.
