Start in tabletop position, then press your heels back into downward dog, then into plank position and lower in a push-up position down to the ground.

Push up into cobra, then down to the floor with your face resting on the floor.

Interlace your fingers behind your back and lift your legs and chest up toward the sky.

Move back into child’s pose, then push up into a seated position.

End in this position in a meditation, visualizing things that make you happy.
