Eat too much last weekend at all the BBQ’s you were invited to? Sooth your stomach naturally with this easy yoga twist that will get your digestion back on track.
Start by sitting on the floor. If you have a yoga matt go ahead and spread it out, if not go ahead and find a spot a carpet or rug.
Extend both legs in front of you, bend your right knee and place it on the outside of your left thigh. If you can, try tucking our left knee under your body and twisting gently.
This should help get everything moving so you’ll feel relieved and ready to continue your day with ease.
