  • 1 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup Baking Soda
  • 1 quart Warm Water

Equipment

  • Airtight mason jar
  • A coffee grinder or food processor

Method
 

  1. Using a coffee grinder or food processor, grind the oatmeal into a fine powder (like flour).
  2. Pour the fine oatmeal powder into a bowl and stir in the baking soda.
  3. Gradually add warm water until the mixture combines.
  4. Store in an airtight mason jar and get your pet ready for bathtime.

Notes

To use, wet your pet and lather them up with the oatmeal shampoo. If possible let the shampoo sit for 5 minutes before rinsing off, then towel dry and give your furry friend a snuggle. This shampoo is good for pets with sensitive skin or allergies to prevent itchy and dry skin.
