First use a gel liner, put a tiny bit on a small brush and blend it.

You put a tiny bit on a thin brush and then blend it. When it’s wet you put it from the inner corner of the eye and work it out, blending with a brush for that smoky look.

Then, after to set the gel liner use an eye shadow that adds some lashes.

Mila’s make-up artist says to use the gel liner as a primer and you smudge it when it’s wet and to make it last you put a little power on top to make it smoky.
