Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie Recipe

We love a good power smoothie in the morning, but sometimes it’s nice to shake things, your awesome green goodness blend will eventually get old, and when it does, give this amazingly simple protein packed peanut butter banana smoothie a try.

All you’ll need is:

  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened peanut butter
  • 1 banana (peeled and chopped)

Just measure out half a cup of oat milk – we used almond milk and it worked just fine – and half a cup of plain yogurt then add it to your blender. Next add a tablespoon of peanut butter, make sure you go for the unsweetened kind otherwise your smoothie will be packed with sugar setting you up for an afternoon crash.

Finally, add in one banana, peeled and course, and chopped into a few pieces to help your blender along. Let those whirling blades do their magic and liquify your smoothie for five to ten seconds then pour into a glass and enjoy!
