Pink Lemonade Jell-O Shots: Just In Time For Summer

What would a summer day be without lemonade? There’s nothing more refreshing than a cold sip of lemonade on a hot summer day…well, maybe if there was some booze involved. Not only are these pink lemonade Jell-o shots super adorable, they are also super tasty! Perfect for a backyard barbecue with friends, these little nuggets of fun are refreshing and delectable. Here’s how to make these vodka-infused slices from heaven, recipe courtesy of Delish:

Ingredients
1 c. lemonade
1 package instant watermelon Jell-O
1 c. vodka
6 lemons, halved lengthwise

Steps
1. Using a spoon, scoop out the fruit of the lemons, leaving the peel intact.
2. In a small saucepan, heat lemonade until warm. Whisk in jell-o packet and cook until powder is completely dissolved. Remove pan from heat and whisk in vodka.
3. Place lemon halves into wells in a muffin tin and fill with mixture. Place in refrigerator and let set, 6 hours up to overnight.
4. Slice lemons in half and serve.
