You’ll only need one pot for this easy Low-Country boil. Feel free to add green beans to the classic combination of potatoes, corn, shrimp, and sausage to boost the veggie servings for a healthier crowd-pleasing meal.

You’ll want to cook the potatoes and sausage in the water and seasonings of Old Bay, mustard seeds, coriander seeds, cayenne, dill seed, allspice and bay leaves first to make sure the potatoes are tender. This process should only take up to 20-25 minutes.

When the potatoes are tender enough add the shrimp, green beans, corn, and onions. Boil until the shrimp are pink and the vegetables are tender to crisp. Once the shrimp is fully cooked, drain the ingredients in the pot and serve with butter for dipping.

If preparing this healthy boil for a crowd, pour the contents on top of a covered table. This way you and your party will just be able to dig and create a happy mealtime mess.
