How to Make Cacio e Pepe Chips

Cacio e pepe works on so many things. This chips recipe is just our latest obsession with using the whole flavor combination.

Pour a bag of kettle – cooked potato chips onto a baking pan.

Grate fresh pecorino cheese onto the chips, then bake at 425° for 4 minutes.

Add more shaved pecorino and freshly ground black pepper and enjoy!
