How to Make Cuban Coffee

Bella Breakdown
Coffee is one of those extremely cultural things, now made by the Cuban community in Miami. It is an art that has become a science to make Cuban coffee with your Moka pot or stovetop espresso maker. There is an extra component to it, made separately called azuquita.

To make the azuquita you have a little container in which you have sugar, for a family secret add just the smallest pinch of salt to it for an extra sweet and rich Cuban coffee flavor.

Get the very first drops of coffee that fall, and you start mixing and mixing until it’s nice and smooth and gets this golden color.

After that it’s very simple, you just mix everything together. Just stir the azuquita into your coffee and enjoy with family and friends any time of the day!
