Stronger core here you come! It’s swimsuit season, so get yourself bikini ready with this simple move. Spread out your yoga mat and get ready for a rush of endorphins. As with any exercise, make sure you have plenty of water and stay hydrated.

To do the v-sit with tuck start by sitting on your mat with your back straight, balm flat behind you, knees bent and feet planted on the floor. Then raise your legs until there’s a 45 degree angle between your hips and knees, if necessary lean back slightly to ensure proper alignment (we sure do.)

Feeling strong? For an extra challenge, lift your arms off the ground and stretch them straight in front of you. Bring your chest towards your legs, then extend your legs away from you and toward the ground making sure they don’t skim the floor, then return to your starting position. You’ve just done one rep!
