Cheeseboard 101

Bella Breakdown
Here at Whoabella, we love a good cheeseboard! What’s so hard about that, you (mistakenly) ask, just pile a bunch of cheese on a board, bada-bing, bada-boom. Well, they’re actually a little trickier than you may think.

A good cheeseboard should have 3-4 cheeses, one sheep’s milk cheese, one cow’s milk cheese, one goat’s milk cheese and one blue cheese. For this cheeseboard we used Brebirousse from France, Cornish Yarg from Great Britain, Cacittona from Italy and Fourme D’Ambert from France.

Pair your carefully selected cheese with various sweet and salty items to bring out different flavors in your cheese.

Salami or any other cured meat is a classic, along with candied nuts and season dried fruits like apricots, be sure to try something sweet with you Blue Cheese for a pleasant surprise ; )
