6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. unsalted butter, softened to room temperature
2 tbsp. cocoa powder
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 large eggs
1/4 c. red wine
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Over a double boiler, melt chocolate chips and butter then mix together.
Next, add the red wine, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla and mix.
Finally, add flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then stir to combine.
Spray your pan with cooking spray, pour the mixture in and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
Dust with powdered sugar and serve with a delicious red wine.
