Don’t pick up frosting without ’em.
How To Make
3 c. all-purpose flour, plus more for surface
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
2 sticks butter, softened
1 c. sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
Whisk flour, baking powder, and salt in a mixing bowl and set aside. In a separate bowl, combine butter, sugar, egg, and vanilla and beat with mixer until well combined.
Slowly mix in the flour mixture until you have formed a dough. Wrap the ball of dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
Dust a flat surface with flour and roll the cookie dough out onto it.
Cut out shapes using cookie cutters. Place the shapes in the freezer for 10 minutes, then bake at 325° for 10 minutes.
To decorate, put frosting into a piping bag or a Ziploc bag with a hole cut out.
Squeeze the frosting on to your cookies and decorate with sprinkles.
Cute and delicious!
