Khloe is arguable the most outspoken of all the Kardashian gals, so it should come as no surprise that she has some interesting opinions when it comes to the classic ‘dating rules’.

Forget what you think you know about ‘the dating rules’ and instead take a few tips for Khloe K. herself!
#1 – Don’t Talk To a Man First
According to Khloe you can throw this rule out the window. If you want to talk to someone you find attractive, go for it. Life’s too short to just wait around silently willing people to speak to you!
#2 – Don’t Talk Too Much
If you have something to say, say it, after all how else are you supposed to maintain a conversation. Just make your words meaningful and substantive, no need to play dumb.
#3 – Rarely Text Him Back
Khloe said it perfectly: “Once you start with games you’re gonna end with games”… amen sista! If you want to text someone you like then do it (just don’t be a stalker about it). There is no good reason to simply ignore someone’s messages just because you think you should play hard-to-get.
#4 – Don’t Accept a Saturday Night Date After Wednesday
Oh please, a few days notice is more than enough time to solidify plans, heck, if we like someone an hours notice is sufficient. Basically, if you’ve got free time and the person you like asks you out you’d be crazy not to accept.
#5 – Stop Dating Him If He Doesn’t Buy You Romantic Gifts
Being treated properly in a relationship is about way more than the gifts you’re given. If the person treats you with thoughtful respect and admiration then why put a price tag on the relationship by demanding expensive tokens of affection as well.
#6 – No More Than Casual Kissing On The 1st Date
This is really more of a judgement call than a rule. It’s all about what you and your date are comfortable with, if you notice a strong connection and feel like a kiss is the right move then lean in for one. As long as your operating with the confines of what feels right and respectful to you and your date then more power to you.
At the end of the day most people start dating with the hope of finding love, and ultimately no set of rules is going to help you do that. You just need to go at your own pace, respect others, and have fun, you’ll know when the real thing comes along!
