Purdue Foods Recalling 31,000 Pounds Of Chicken

Earlier this week, Perdue Foods LLC, announced that they have recalled over 30 thousand of ready-to-eat chicken products that may have been contaminated. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety and Inspection Service, or FSIS, confirmed that Perdue’s chicken products may have contained pieces of bone and other materials not normally found in the brand. Tyson Recalls Nearly 12 Million Pounds Of Chicken Strips

After recalling the company’s chicken nuggets earlier this year and then 70,000 pounds of chicken strips in March, they have now expanded that recall to 12 million pounds of strips.
