Nina and Stefano, re-live their first date with a day at the beach, but the clouds don’t roll away after their overcast date on the shore. With their first child on the way (yay!) they’re both processing the excitement in different ways. See if he’ll be cutting the cord or she’ll be pulling the plug.

With the first check from his new job deposited, Derek, moves into his new home in the city. All he needs now is a girl with no string’s attached. We wish him the best of luck on that one, oh did we roll our eyes, oops. He finds out there’s a lot of hoops to jump through to get a girl, but no shortage of stand-up material along the way.

Then, Lori finds herself playing with other people’s children and wondering if she’ll ever have some of her own. In her late forties, getting pregnant would take daily rounds of shots, hormone therapy, all for just the possibility of a child. While her fiancé is willing and able, she reflects on her childhood, and we’re waiting to see if that’s really what she wants.

After three days of the silent treatment from her husband, we check back in with pregnant Nina to see if they can get through the “putrid bullshit” to move forward. And as far as Derek and his “no relationships” policy, it looks like he’s fallen yet again… or is he the one being used? Find out in this episode of Connected.
