Start by sautéing the onions in a pan over medium heat, spray with cooking spray and add your onion and herb seasoning mix. When starting to brown, add 2 tablespoons of water. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, heat your beef broth and add in the onion and hear seasoning blend. Add another 2 tablespoons of water to your sautéing onion to keep them moist.

When nice and hot, pull the broth off your stove and add in the roast beef slices. While they’re soaking up all the warm broth, slice your hoagie rolls and toast in the oven until the sides are just starting to turn golden brown.

Layer your french dips with the juicy slices of roast beef, divide your sautéed onions evenly and top with a slices of swiss cheese.

Serve with a dipping side of your broth and enjoy the best sandwich that’s ever come out of your kitchen!
