Start by washing your apples and removing the stems. Pop the in the freezer for 15 minutes. Prep your surface by buttering up a parchment paper sheet on a cookie sheet or baking pan.

Next, pour a little bit of milk over caramels in a microwave proof bowl, then microwave for 1 minute. Stir everything up then microwave for 1 more minute. Remove the apples from the freezer and firmly insert the popsicle sticks.

Now for the fun part. Tilt your bowl of caramel and swirl the frozen apple until completely cover and place on your prepared parchment. Repeat with the remaining apples and pop in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.

Enjoy you fall treat!
