New Allegations Fly In Johnny Depp’s Defamation Case Against Amber Heard

Johnny Depp and Amber Heard are keeping the accusations against each other with the latest being from Depp. The 55-year-old is now claiming that his ex-wife released “fraudulent pictures” in order to help her abuse claims against him.

The allegations come after the “Aquaman” actress released a disturbing video in which she described an incident when the actor grabbed her by the hair and threw her around. He then attempted to attack Heard’s sister which caused her to begin hitting him as a way to deter him. The 32-year-old’s video also included footage of the former couple’s New York apartment which allegedly damaged during a fight between the couple.

For every new claim by Heard, Depp and his legal team were ready to debunk them with some shocking claims of their own. “Ms. Heard dutifully but fraudulently produced pictures, with no metadata, to the Court purporting to show a ‘destroyed’ penthouse so she could obtain her temporary restraining order,” the actor’s lawyer claims.

Calling the shocking video a hoax, Depp and his legal team cite police officers’ opposing statements as more evidence to Heard’s accusations are false. Finding a ‘perfect-faced Ms. Heard,” the officers turned up no evidence to support the actress’ claims of abuse after a 25-minute check.

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” actor and his ex-wife are currently embroiled in a $50 million defamation lawsuit after Heard accused him of domestic abuse.
