“Spencer” was written by Steven Knight with Pablo Larraín will be directing the cast including Sally Hawkins, Timothy Spall, and Sean Harris. The biopic will take place during a critical weekend of the ’90s when Princess Diana realized her marriage with Prince Charles wasn’t working that would forever change her life.
The drama will bring the audience on a pivotal journey of her life that would veer the path to be in line to one day be queen in 1992 during Christmas weekend. Stewart is excited to be portraying the reality of being a member of the royal family rather than the fabled fairytale story.
