Okay, stuffing is delicious, and we love that there’s a time of the year where stuffing your face is not only allowed but encouraged. However, when the eating’s done and the pants don’t zip, this workout move is going to be your best friend.

Here’s how to do an extension: Lay down on the mat and pull your right knee up as high as you can towards you right shoulder. When you’re ready, push up, lifting you knee up, push away from the mat and lift your left up behind you. Drop back down, push, lift and repeat.

Make sure that your arms are under your armpits when you’re lowering yourself back down to the mat. As soon as you lift, make sure that the abs are engaged and working to move you off the ground and help extend that leg. Have fun and enjoy your slim holiday waist ; )
