Quick and Easy Chia Seed Pudding

High in omega three’s and fiver, chia seeds are becoming a common ingredient found in most grocery stores.

All you’ll need for this yummy dessert is one cup of almond milk, one cup of Greek yogurt, ¼ cup of chia seeds and a teaspoon of vanilla extract.

Just combine all of the ingredients thoroughly. Cover with saran wrap and refrigerate overnight so that the chia seeds can completely soak up the mixture, and create more of a pudding texture.

Give it another good stir in the morning after it’s soaked overnight and you can top with anything from sliced bananas, slivered almonds, fresh fruits, anything you can think of.
